ASSISTANT PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Qualification in Public Relations / Mass Communications / Communications Studies or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6 years professional experience in a PR agency preferred.
- Able to implement plans to improve Company’s corporate image and branding.
- Able to plan and execute PR Plans and activities in line with the Company’s communication strategies.
- Able to plan and prepare PR budget cashflow.
- High proficiency in oral and written English is a pre-requisite.
- Self-starter who is enthusiastic, persistent, creative and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while delivering high quality of services.
SENIOR QS EXECUTIVE (2 POSITIONS)
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in QS / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 years working experience in construction industry.
- Sound knowledge in contract management.
- Good knowledge in taking off, costing, tender preparation, evaluation of claims and finalisation of accounts.
- Familiar with construction form of contracts.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and willing to travel.
PROJECT MANAGER (2 POSITIONS)
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the property / construction industry.
- Possess proven project management experience especially in building and infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with project management, review and monitoring and preparation of budget and cash flow.
- Familiar with client - consultant - contractor - local authorities coordination activities.
- Sound knowledge in Qlassic, Conquas and GBI (Green Building Index).
- Willing to travel and relocate to project site when necessary.
- Computer literate preferably with Project Management software.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in site activities.
- Sound knowledge with co-ordination with the client / consultant, managing the site staff for effecient running and functioning of the site activities.
- Sound knowledge of Qlassic, Conquas and GBI (Green Building Index).
- Competency in dealing with sub-contractors is absolutely essential.
- Knowledge in preparation of developement budgets and cashflow.
- Knowledge in project construction planning.
MANAGER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least seven years experience in customer service management.
- Practical experience managing customer driven change programmes.
- Pragmatic approach to getting things done.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- A team player yet can work well independently.
- Good leadership qualities and supervisory skills.
LEASING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Finance or any other related disciplines with minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity in the shopping centre or retail industry.
- Has strong knowledge and understanding of the retail market and the ability to conduct market research on retail performance, business opportunities and trends.
- Possess good contacts and negotiation skills with retailers is a pre-requisite.
- Possess in-depth understanding and experience on all tenancy administrative matters, tenancy renewal and legal documentation.
- Possess a pleasant disposition, strong presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A good team player, self-driven and highly motivated.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Flexible in working longer hour due to urgency of work.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, and good analytical skill Full-Time positions available.
LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree / Professional qualification in law.
- Minimum 2 years working in any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Resourceful and able to organize work systematically and adhere to tight deadline.
