Encorp Systembilt Sdn Bhd (ESSB) is the concessionaire company of the privatised teachers' housing project for the Government of Malaysia, through the Ministry of Education.

Under the contract, ESSB is required to design, finance, construct and complete 10,000 units of apartments in 109 sites throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

A strong believer of creating value-add for its stakeholders, the design for these teachers’ housing apartments differs from the conventional Government quarters’ design. With attention to details and aesthetics, Enfari was able to provide Ministry Of Education with attractive and modern accommodation units, which have kept to the stringent quality standards set by the Government and budgets specified.

The result are low-rise (4 and 5 storey high) apartment complexes, with only 4 to 6 units per floor and a floor area of 1,000 sq ft. Each apartment unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a balcony and a courtyard.

Complementing the apartment complexes are landscaped gardens, car parks, supporting community amenities and children's play-areas, testimony of Encorp's belief to create value-add for all its stakeholders, which include the residents occupying these apartments.
