Enfari’s construction management subsidiary, Encorp Construct Sdn Bhd (ECSB) is the project manager for the construction of the billion-ringgit privatized teachers' housing project.

Technology remains a strong focus for the Encorp Group as it strives to ensure that its products are in line with the needs of customers. The teachers' housing quarters, for example, have been built using new, cost-effective and sustainable Prefabricated Building Technology that guarantees reliability and high quality. Having trained a large pool of Bumiputras at professional, sub-professional and supervisory levels to use the Prefabricated Building Technology, Encorp has been able to promote the use of 100 percent local building materials for the teachers' housing quarters project.

With the project completion, Encorp stands to reap long-term benefits from the stable income stream of repayments from the Government. The successful completion of the existing concession coupled with the experience gained will provide a platform to move to other similar construction and property development projects.
